Standom is operated by PDMRZ, based in Passo Fundo, Brazil, who is responsible for your data. We collect as little as possible.

Country and region — a 2-letter country code per flag, to power country rankings, plus the state or region and its location rounded to a whole degree (about 110 km), to place the flag on the map. Derived from your connection; never your city or precise location.
A random browser id — stored in your browser's localStorage so the flags you bought stay on this browser. No account, no password.
Email — when you buy flags, the email you pay with (from Dodo Payments) backs up your flags so you can recover them on another device; we send one note confirming that. You can also save an email yourself, or leave one to hear about a requested fandom. Never used for marketing. Sent through our email provider, Resend.
Captain email — if we invite you as a fandom captain, we store your email only to send you login codes.
Short-lived IP — used briefly to rate-limit free flags and prevent abuse, then discarded.

We use browser localStorage (not tracking cookies) to remember your browser id and small preferences. One functional cookie, standom_device (a random signed id, kept up to a year), limits free flags per browser; it isn't used for tracking or analytics. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record; card details go to Dodo Payments, never to us. The site runs on Cloudflare (hosting and bot protection with Turnstile); error reports go to Sentry without personal data. A suggestion you send from My Stanny keeps its text and category, not linked to your account.

We use PostHog for cookieless usage analytics, tied to a random id in localStorage. If you arrive from a campaign link or another site, or buy flags, PostHog also keeps a pseudonymous profile under that id: your first-visit source, campaign and referrer, plus any purchases. It holds no name or email. If you save a Stanny with your email, we keep that email with your Stanny, never in PostHog.

Want your data deleted? Email support@standom.lol and we'll remove what we hold.
