Refund Policy

14-day refunds. You can request a full refund within 14 days of any purchase — flag packs or fandom creation — no questions asked.
How to ask. Email support@standom.lol with your order number or the email you paid with, or reply to your Dodo Payments receipt.
Who refunds you. Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, returns the money to your original payment method.
What happens to the flags. A refunded or charged-back purchase takes its flags back: unused flags are removed first, then flags already planted are removed from the board (most recent first), lowering that fandom's count. A refunded fandom creation loses its starter flags and leaves the public board.
Your rights. This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under your local consumer law.
