Standom is operated by PDMRZ, based in Passo Fundo, Brazil ("we", "us"). Contact: support@standom.lol.

• What Standom is. A free-to-join, live weekly leaderboard for music fandoms. Anyone can plant a free flag every 30 minutes; flag packs add more flags instantly.
• What you buy. Flag packs and fandom creation are digital goods for entertainment, delivered instantly to this browser (with optional email backup). A flag is a one-way boost to a fandom's public count. Flags are not currency or credit: they have no cash value, cannot be redeemed, transferred, withdrawn, or used to buy anything else.
• Weekly seasons. Each season runs Monday to Sunday (UTC). Every listed fandom starts each season at 0 flags, and counts go up only with flags fans plant. Season counts reset when the week ends; the Hall of Fame never resets. We never add flags to any fandom ourselves.
• No contest, no prizes. The weekly ladder is an entertainment leaderboard. Paying never enters a contest, lottery, or game of chance, and nothing — no cash, goods, or payouts — is ever won.
• Creating a fandom. The creation fee makes a fandom exist as a challenger with 15 starter flags. It joins the public board once it reaches 25 flags (every flag counts, including bought ones) or a moderator approves it. Moderators review every newly listed fandom and may unlist or remove any of them.
• Orders. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Dodo Payments provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
• Refunds. See our Refund Policy (14-day refunds; refunded flags are removed from the board).
• Age. You confirm you are of legal age in your country, or have a parent/guardian's permission, when you pay.
• Fair use. No impersonation, hate, or content targeting individuals. We may remove a fandom that breaches this or draws a valid rights-holder complaint.
• Rights holders. Standom is unofficial and fan-made. Fandom names only identify fan communities; artist, group and label names can't be used as fandoms. Email support@standom.lol and we review and remove infringing names within 72 hours.
• No affiliation. Unofficial and fan-made. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any artist, group, label, or their representatives.
